Senior Product Analyst (Wellness)

Brainstack is a Ukrainian multi-product IT company. We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to join our Wellness team.

What to expect:

• Own your zone of responsibility and build product analytics as a separate direction
• High level of autonomy in decision-making and implementing data & AI approaches for analytics automation
• Work in a team of 5 analysts, drive a culture of experiments and directly influence product scaling through data-driven insights

About you:

• 3+ years of experience as Data/Product Analyst (preferably in B2C subscription-based products)
• Strong SQL and BI tools (Tableau/Looker) for dashboard creation
• Deep understanding of product metrics and unit economics (DAU/MAU, LTV, funnels, cohorts)
• Proactive, able to independently find gaps and propose hypotheses
• Experience with Amplitude and interest in AI automation of analytical processes
• English B1 or higher

Nice to have:

• Experience in automating analytical processes or implementing AI tools (automated dashboards, AI assistants, routine optimization)
• Experience in subscription-based B2C products

Your tasks:

• Collect and analyze data from various sources (DB, ad platforms, Amplitude) to find growth points
• Create and maintain a system of metrics and dashboards in Looker for marketing and product
• Conduct A/B tests, investigate anomalies, validate product hypotheses
• Implement automation and AI tools to optimize analytical processes
• Present research results in a clear format and collaborate closely with PMM, marketing, product, and billing teams to achieve business goals
