We build fundraising automation software, helping nonprofits discover, track, and manage grants efficiently through our SaaS platform.
About the Role
The Senior Product Analyst is Instrumentl's first dedicated analytics hire. You will build the foundation for how we measure product-led growth and understand ROI across the business. This role sits on the FinOps team and partners directly with the Acquisition and Activation squads. You will own how we track, instrument, and learn from experiments across the customer journey.
What You'll Do
- Build the core analytics practices, tools, and standards that will scale with the company
- Serve as the embedded data analyst partnering with Growth, Product, Engineering, and the Data Platform teams
- Own experiment tracking, instrumentation, and insights across the customer journey
- Ensure experiments are rigorous, data pipelines are accurate, and insights lead to meaningful ARR and efficiency gains
