Role Overview

Procurement plays a key role in how we scale. As a Senior Procurement Analyst, you'll help teams across the company make smart decisions about the tools and services they rely on. You'll work closely with leaders and partners across the business to guide purchasing decisions, balancing speed, cost, and long-term value. This role combines strategic ownership with hands-on execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal teams to understand their needs, guide purchasing decisions, lead negotiations, and help them make informed choices
• Lead vendor engagements from early conversations through signed contracts
• Use data and past deals to drive fair pricing while building strong, long-term vendor relationships
• Build and improve simple, scalable processes that help teams move quickly and make good decisions
• Own and improve the end-to-end procure-to-pay process so it runs smoothly at scale
• Keep vendor relationships organized, including contracts, renewals, and performance tracking
