Responsibilities
- Independently scale Meta campaigns with clear focus on profitable customer acquisition
- Analyze the entire funnel from first ad click to checkout and identify optimization levers (hook, angle, offer, landing page, UX, trust elements, checkout)
- Develop and optimize scalable direct-response funnels with strong focus on long-form formats like VSLs
- Strategically evolve creative strategy across static, UGC, and beyond with clear focus on D2C performance future
- Collaborate closely with direct response copy, creative strategy, and CRO teams to test and iterate on performance hypotheses
- Build and develop a structured creative testing framework covering hooks, angles, mechanisms, and objection handling
- Drive data-informed decisions using CAC, LTV, and funnel metrics
- Continuously research market, competitors, and US trends to identify performance opportunities early
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years hands-on experience in Paid Social advertising (Meta)
- Minimum 2 years E-Commerce experience, ideally in supplements, beauty, or cosmetics
- Strong understanding of direct response marketing and performance funnels
- Ability to derive concrete hypotheses and tests from data analysis
- Recognition that while static ads and classic UGC are important, long-form formats like VSLs represent the future
