Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Performance Marketing & Growth Manager (m/w/d) to take our marketing to the next level. You will have full responsibility for the digital growth of CAPULET Jewelry – from initial concept to scalable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Full ownership of paid growth across Meta and Google Ads
• Complete responsibility for revenue generation through Meta & Google, with focus on growing the CAPULET Shop
• Campaign setup, structure, management, and scaling
• Budget management and ROAS optimization
• Make fast, data-driven decisions
• Develop ad ideas, hooks, and creative concepts
• Continuously optimize performance and identify growth levers and bottlenecks
• Aggressively scale performing campaigns
• Maintain tight integration between creative and performance

Required Skills & Experience

• Multiple years of experience in Performance Marketing, CRO, and E-Commerce scaling with focus on growth and conversion
• Proven track record of scaling accounts and delivering measurable results
• Deep expertise with tracking tools: Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, GA4, GTM, Conversion API, Google Search Console, and KLAR
• Demonstrated understanding of creatives as a performance lever
• Experience with Shopify (preferred)
• Extensive experience using AI tools, particularly Claude, for analysis, creative iteration, and workflow automation
• Strong independent, strategic mindset with genuine growth mentality
• Sense of aesthetics with understanding of luxury lifestyle branding
