As a Senior People Enablement Program Manager at Vanta, you will design, deliver, and scale leadership development programs that equip leaders at all levels to grow high-performing teams. You will facilitate learning experiences, create practical tools, and strengthen leadership capabilities across the organization.

The People Enablement team, one of Vanta's newest teams, aims to equip every Vanta'n with the skills, tools, and support needed to do their best work. We drive growth across the team member lifecycle through targeted development, effective enablement systems, and scalable programs that strengthen performance and reinforce a culture of excellence. Our work spans onboarding, leadership development, AI enablement, and company-wide learning tools that help Vanta'ns succeed in a high performing environment.
