Senior Payment Product Manager - LATAM

About the Role

Binance is seeking a Senior Product Manager to rebuild and scale payment products in LATAM. This role goes beyond feature delivery — you will be responsible for defining product architecture, improving merchant and user experience, and driving real business growth in a complex payment ecosystem. You will play a key role in solving current gaps in product strategy, execution quality, and market fit.

Responsibilities

• Drive the localization and growth of Big Pay products in LATAM, ensuring the product experience aligns with local user behavior, payment habits, and market dynamics
• Define and continuously refine the end-to-end product architecture for payment flows, including user journey, merchant lifecycle, transaction routing, and fund movement, ensuring scalability and system consistency
