As a Partner Operations Change Management Strategist, you will work to keep Mercury's network of banking and payment partners running smoothly while enabling product launches and features that make banking feel effortless.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day communication with banking and payment partners
• Process design and execution to streamline workflows
• Long-term strategic relationship building with external partners
• Own the change management program that unblocks sustained growth and innovation
• Serve as the connection between product teams and external banking partners
• Advocate for efficient collaboration and remove roadblocks for designers and engineers
• Work across Product, Risk, Compliance, and Legal teams internally
