About the role

Summary

We're looking for a proactive, resourceful, and execution-focused Senior Partner Enablement Manager to join the Partner Experience & Enablement team at Wiz. Reporting to the Director, Partner and Experience Enablement, this high-impact role is responsible for building and executing enablement materials that help our partners and our internal teams drive revenue, deliver customer value, and scale efficiently across all partner types (VARs, GSIs, MSPs, and more).

What You'll Do

Build & Execute Scalable Enablement Programs

  • Develop and launch high-impact partner enablement programs aligned to our GTM priorities and sales motions
  • Lead the creation of role-based learning journeys for partners
  • Own the partner onboarding experience and drive continuous learning to accelerate time to first deal and partner productivity
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, Channel Sales, etc.) to ensure consistency in training and messaging

Create High-Impact Enablement Content

  • Build compelling sales plays, eLearning modules, playbooks, and toolkits that partners and internal teams actually use
  • Translate complex value propositions into simple, actionable resources for partner sellers
  • Support the launch of new products and solutions by equipping partners with clear GTM guidance and enablement materials
  • Deliver field-ready content that aligns to the Wiz sales process and MEDDIC methodology

Drive Field Engagement & Adoption

  • Work hand-in-hand with Channel Sales and Partner Solution Architects to drive adoption of tools and content across partner ecosystems
  • Deliver content for live trainings and partner webinars and contribute to events like Sales Kickoff, Halftime, and QBRs
  • Collect feedback from the field and iterate based on what's working and what's not own it end-to-end

What You'll Bring

  • 6+ years of experience in partner enablement, sales enablement, or product marketing within a high-growth B2B SaaS or cybersecurity company
