About the role

About the role

Paid social is one of our most important growth levers, and this role sits right at the center of it. You'll own daily execution across Grüns Adult while supporting new brand launches where speed-to-learn matters as much as speed-to-spend. You'll also play a key role in scaling our whitelisting and creator amplification programs, working closely with the Creative Strategist to unlock high-performing, conversion-driven creative. You'll sit inside a lean, sharp growth team where your work shows up directly in the numbers.

In this role, you will:

  • Own day-to-day campaign management, optimization, and pacing across Meta for Grüns Adult, with support across emerging Ü Snacks brands
  • Manage and optimize paid social spend at scale, including millions monthly Meta investment across Grüns Adult
  • Execute full-funnel paid social strategy across prospecting, retargeting, and retention with a constant eye on incremental opportunity
  • Partner with the Creative Strategist to concept, test, and iterate on ad creative; media and creative work as one loop here, not two separate tracks
  • Lead structured creative testing programs and turn results into clear, actionable insights across creative, audience, and bidding
  • Support and scale whitelisting and creator amplification programs, from selection to briefing to performance-driven iteration
  • Monitor performance daily against CAC, ROAS, and revenue targets; make proactive adjustments before problems compound
  • Contribute to landing page and CRO initiatives that connect paid performance to site conversion
  • Stay current on platform changes, creator trends, and emerging tools (including AI)

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 3-5+ years of hands-on paid social experience in DTC or a high-growth agency
  • Has deep, current Meta Ads Manager expertise; you can manage complex, multi-objective campaigns with confidence
  • Has a strong grasp of performance marketing fundamentals: CAC efficiency, attribution, incrementality, and how they play out in day-to-day execution
  • Has solid hands-on experience with MTA platforms (Triple Whale, Northbeam, or similar) and a real understanding of incrementality testing
  • Has experience managing meaningful budgets and hitting efficiency targets, not just running campaigns
  • Has hands-on experience with whitelisted or creator-led advertising
  • Understands how paid media performance connects to omnichannel outcomes, including retail sell-through, not just online conversion
  • Has some TikTok exposure and real appetite to build fluency there
  • Communicates clearly cross-functionally; you can turn performance data into stories that drive decision
