Responsibilities

• Own performance for paid social campaigns (META, TikTok) for clients
• Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies
• Integrate AI solutions with AI engineer collaboration
• Optimize end-to-end customer journey from click to conversion
• Lead strategic account management and drive active success
• Analyze data and derive concrete scaling measures
• Work closely with creative team to improve push marketing performance

Requirements

• Proficiency with AI tools including Claude, Code Interpreter, or similar tools
• Deep expertise in META and TikTok advertising
• Strategic marketing thinking beyond campaign management
• Hands-on mentality with operational excellence
• Data-driven approach to marketing optimization
