About the Role

Senior Operations Manager working directly with the CEO & Founder of Universe Group. This is a hands-on role for someone who learns quickly, moves across functions (marketing, product, hiring, analytics, tech), and transforms chaos into actionable plans with clear metrics.

Responsibilities

• Take key tasks from CEO and drive them to completion (market research, funnel building, analytical reports, hypothesis generation)
• Work across multiple functions where reinforcement is needed (marketing, product, analytics, AI)
• Structure chaos into concrete priorities and metrics
• Use AI as a daily accelerator

Requirements

• 3+ years in fast-paced environments: startups, product companies, BizOps, founder's office, S&O, top-tier consulting
• Track record of launching from zero with broad scope in uncertainty
• Strong execution: from planning to delivering results
• Comfortable with numbers and analytics (metrics, funnels, unit economics)
• English B2+ level for documents and communication
• AI tools in daily workflow: ChatGPT, Claude, etc.
