Role Overview

Senior Medical Science Liaison (MSL) – Southeast Region. This field-based role supports Olema’s clinical and scientific objectives by serving as a key scientific resource to external stakeholders, including thought leaders, investigators, and medical professionals in the Southeast region.

• Establish and maintain strong scientific relationships with key opinion leaders (KOLs), investigators, and other healthcare professionals in the assigned territory.
• Provide accurate, balanced, and timely scientific information to support clinical research and educational initiatives.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for investigator-initiated studies and collaborate with internal teams to address scientific inquiries.
• Deliver scientific presentations and facilitate medical education activities as needed.
• Gather and report field insights to inform clinical development and commercial strategy.
• Represent Olema at scientific conferences and symposia.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MD, or equivalent) in a relevant scientific discipline.
• Minimum 3–5 years of MSL experience in oncology, preferably in breast cancer.
• Strong understanding of the clinical research landscape and regulatory environment.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel up to 60% within the Southeast region.
