Senior Media Analyst

About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Media Analyst to join our Insight Production team. In this role, you'll lead the delivery of complex media insight projects from project setup through final client delivery, transforming media data into clear, accurate, and actionable insights for clients.

Working across Consultancy and Customer Support teams, you'll combine analytical expertise with AI-enabled workflows to deliver high-quality reporting, improve analytical methodologies, and continuously evolve how we produce insights. You'll also play an important role in mentoring colleagues, developing best practices, and helping the team adopt new technologies that improve quality, efficiency, and client outcomes.

What you’ll do

Deliver Outstanding Client Insights

• Lead complex media insight projects from project configuration through final client delivery, ensuring high-quality outcomes that meet client objectives
• Manage multiple concurrent projects, balancing priorities, timelines, risks, and stakeholder expectations
• Configure projects within internal media analysis platforms, including data sources, scoring methodologies, reporting outputs, and workflows
• Partner closely with Consultancy and Customer Support teams throughout project delivery to ensure client needs are understood and successfully delivered

Drive AI-Enabled Analysis

• Design, test, and refine prompts for AI and large language model (LLM) workflows supporting media scoring, sentiment analysis, and content classification
• Evaluate AI-generated outputs, continuously improving prompt quality, scoring accuracy, and analytical consistency
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and adopt emerging AI capabilities that improve productivity and client outcomes

Turn Data into Actionable Insights

• Analyse complex media datasets using Power BI and other business intelligence tools to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities
• Produce high-quality dashboards, reports, and presentations that communicate insights through clear and compelling business narratives
• Develop reusable reporting templates, analytical frameworks, and best practices that improve consistency, quality, and efficiency across the team

Strengthen the Team

• Mentor and support Media Analysts through coaching, feedback, and knowledge sharing
• Maintain clear documentation of methodologies and analytical approaches
• Proactively identify delivery or operational risks and recommend practical solutions
• Act as a subject matter expert for AI-enabled media analysis and insight production
