Role Overview

As a Senior Manager, Strategic Partner Marketing at Vanta, you will own the marketing strategy and growth motion for AWS and a portfolio of Vanta's most strategic VAR partners — building executive relationships, crafting bold joint visions, and turning partnerships into measurable revenue engines.

Responsibilities

• Own marketing strategy and growth motion for AWS and 5–8 high-impact VAR partners
• Build and maintain executive relationships with key partners
• Craft joint business plans and align executive stakeholders
• Identify mutual value benefits and define differentiated value propositions
• Open new routes to market and accelerate pipeline and revenue
• Develop and execute high-impact, revenue-generating programs
• Operate with strategic depth and startup scrappiness
• Drive long-term market expansion through creative and operational excellence
