About the role

• Location: Remote-first (United States) — Must reside in Central or Eastern Time Zones. This role will require an in-person onboarding session in San Francisco, CA.
• Full-time, Permanent, Exempt
• Cash compensation tailored to geographic market: Zone A: $200,000–$250,000; Zone B: $188,800–$236,000; Zone C: $176,000–$220,000 (USD). Also eligible for company-wide bonus program.

• Lead and actively support a team of Solutions Architects, driving Webflow adoption through hands-on coaching, deal support, and technical guidance.
• Coach ICs in real time — joining customer calls, refining solutions, and helping them navigate technical discovery, tradeoffs, and delivery with confidence.
• Own and improve the post-sales technical journey, rolling up your sleeves to refine implementation processes and ensure customers maximize value.
