The Role

Senior Manager of Security Engineering, reporting to the Director of Security, leading an exceptionally talented Security Engineering team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow a team of security engineers with an engineering-driven, human-centric, and trust-based approach to security
• Define strategy for Vanta's application security program
• Empower the team to implement robust security protocols and stay ahead of emerging threats
• Provide essential security operational services directly involved in the software development process
• Set policies and standards regarding enterprise-wide security requirements
• Offer advisory services to enable business growth while effectively managing risk
• Leverage AI to improve team efficiency
