Role Overview
As the Sr Manager, Revenue Recruiting, you'll help to drive all hiring across all Pre and Post sales (Account Management, Sales, Customer Success, Support, Solutions Engineers, and Sales Development roles) in North America. You'll directly manage 7 GTM Recruiters and report to the Head of Business Recruiting. This team plays a critical role in ensuring we attract, assess, and hire top talent to enable Vanta to continue to successfully grow.
What You'll Do
- Lead and directly manage 7 GTM recruiters
- Partner with Vanta's GTM leaders, People Business Partners, and C-suite to prioritize hiring needs, monitor and report on progress, and manage day-to-day stakeholder relationships globally
- Build, develop, and innovate unique strategies to ensure all GTM recruiting functions are able to hit quarterly hiring goals
- Diagnose and solve problems or bottlenecks in the hiring funnels with your team
- Monitor and report on key metrics to stakeholders and Vanta's leadership team
- Manage a small req load focused on key GTM leadership hires
