The Opportunity

The Senior Manager of People & Talent reports to the Chief People Officer, and serves as a strategic HR partner to the business, partnering to ensure people and talent strategies are aligned to business goals. Working as a strategic HR Business Partner, the Senior Manager of People & Talent is responsible for coaching, talent management, change management, recruitment/talent selection and workforce planning. This leader is a contributing member of the Extended Leadership Team, and must be adept at working collaboratively on business issues expanding beyond the human resources domain.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Through strong and deep relationships, you will provide managers, leaders and team members with coaching, performance management and conflict resolution
  • Partner with leaders to identify and anticipate talent needs, ensure accuracy of support structure and develop an effective talent management and succession approach.
  • Review, analyze, and provide relevant data on people metrics to include trends and recommendations
