Role Overview

As Senior Manager, People Systems at Vanta, you will own the strategy, execution, and continuous evolution of the HR technology ecosystem, serving as a critical technical force multiplier at the intersection of systems architecture, process automation, and agentic AI. This role starts as an individual contributor with a clear path to people leadership as the function scales.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the Head of People Operations & Strategy to build a modern, integrated tech stack
• Reduce friction and increase data integrity across HR systems
• Position Vanta's People function as a model of operational excellence
• Drive efficiency in hiring, onboarding, developing, and supporting employees
• Implement automation and AI while keeping humans in the loop for core processes
• Evolve systems from operational tools to strategic enablers
• Enable better decision-making through improved data and systems
