Role Overview

As the Sr. Manager, People Operations, you will be a builder and an operator: someone who can assess a team that's early in its development, establish a clear strategy and operating model, and deliver a seamless employee experience across our global entities. You'll own the true operational core of the employee experience: employee lifecycle administration, global compliance, immigration, and mobility.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the People Ops function, managing a team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle administration
• Oversee onboarding, offboarding, data integrity, immigration, and global mobility across entities
• Partner closely with leaders of Benefits and Systems, People Business Partners, and cross-functional leaders
• Manage the operational backbone of people infrastructure
• Report to the Head of People Operations & Strategy and serve as a key voice on how we run and scale our global people operations
