Role Overview
As the Senior Manager, Operations within Certifications, you will lead the engine room that transforms learner achievement into accredited success. Reporting to the Director of User Services, you will own the operational integrity of our certifications during a massive shift in the organization. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role.
