<p>SRS Acquiom is currently seeking a Senior Manager, Product Engineering, who will lead and manage Engineers on a dedicated, cross-functional Agile delivery team.</p>

<p><strong>Location:</strong> This position is either hybrid out of our Denver, CO office or a fully remote position from within the Continental United States. </p>

<p><em>If the candidate selected lives </em><strong><em>within</em></strong><em> a 20-mile radius of our downtown Denver office, they will be classified as a hybrid employee and beginning September 8, 2026, working </em><em>one</em><em> day per week in office is expected. Beginning February 1, 2027, </em><em>two</em><em> days per week in the office will be expected. </em></p>

<p><em>If the candidate selected lives </em><strong><em>outside </em></strong><em>a 20-mile radius the Denver office, they will be classified as a fully remote employee and in-person onsite visits to the Denver headquarters will be required on average three times per year.</em><strong> </strong></p>

<p><strong>Compensation: </strong>The salary range for this position is $180k - $195k, depending on experience level.</p>

<li>Take ownership of two products and product delivery teams</li>

<li>Collaborate with teammates to ensure complete, succinct, and testable acceptance criteria.</li>

<li>Partner with the Product Owner/Manager to ensure alignment between Product and Engineering.</li>

<li>Accountable for hiring Engineers on the product delivery teams</li>

<li>Contribute effectively to the code base across the full stack and lead by example</li>

<li>Coach others to ensure high-quality and efficient delivery of business value. Align the Engineer’s career goals with the company's goals.</li>

<li>Evaluate the team to provide direct guidance on performance and potential. Provide technical leadership through mentorship, coaching, and assistance.</li>

<li>Lead the continuous improvement of Engineering practices</li>

<li>Align team decisions with Enterprise Architecture Principals and Department goals</li>

<li>Stay on the leading edge of software engineering practices and technologies, while building a collaborative learning culture.</li>

<li>5+ years of experience as a full-stack Software Engineer</li>

<li>At least 2 years of experience as an engineering manager. 5+ years desired.</li>

<li>Ability to manage time and competing priorities</li>

<li>Eagerness to collaborate with the engineering management team</li>

<li>Experience designing robust and scalable solutions</li>

<li>Experience with unit testing and integration testing</li>

<li>Experience with modern cloud native development (Docker, Kubernetes, Knative)</li>

<li>Experience leading collaborative software design sessions</li>

<li>Experience leading continuous improvement of Engineering practices, Eagerness and willingness to learn new technologies </li>

<li>Expertise with version control systems</li>

<li>Expertise with distributed architecture and microservices</li>

<li>Experience in web-based application development</li>

<li>Strong understanding of SOLID principles and design patterns</li>

<li>Strong experience using database technologies and patterns</li>
