About this role/team
The Investor Relations team is responsible for building and running Liftoff's public-company communications with the investment community. Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end coordination of the quarterly earnings process, including timelines, checklists, and cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, Corporate Communications and other internal partners.
- Draft and refine earnings materials — press releases, earnings decks, Q&A prep documents, and CEO/CFO scripts — in partnership with the VP, Investor Relations.
- Build and maintain core IR infrastructure: investor decks, roadshow and conference materials, models, fact sheets, and recurring reporting templates appropriate for a public company.
- Synthesize sell-side analyst consensus estimates and investor feedback for the management team.
- Conduct competitive and peer benchmarking analysis against comparable public companies (e.g., AppLovin, Unity, Digital Turbine) to inform earnings narratives and investor messaging.
- Track shareholder base composition, trading activity, and ownership changes; help build and maintain systems to monitor investor feedback and sentiment.
- Prepare details briefing materials for senior management ahead of investor meetings and conferences.
- Manage logistics and briefing materials for non-deal roadshows, investor conferences, and analyst days.
- Maintain and update IR website content and other investor-facing communications channels.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field, with 8+ years of related experience (or a Master's degree with 6+ years) in investor relations, equity research, FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field.
- Extensive knowledge of or interest in investor relations and adjacent functions (finance, accounting, corporate communications); able to apply that knowledge to solve complex, ambiguous problems independently.
- Experience or strong interest in ad tech is strongly preferred
- Strong financial and analytical skills, including comfort with financial statement analysis and public-company disclosure practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communicator, able to distill complex financial and technical concepts into clear, polished materials for executive, Board, and investor audiences.
- Highly organized and process-driven, with a track record of building or improving structure in a dynamic environment.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams and drive projects independently, from framing through delivery.
- Strong stakeholder management skills; comfortable partnering with Finance, Legal, Communications, and senior leadership.
- High degree of discretion in handling confidential and material non-public information.
