Senior Manager, Growth Marketing (US)

About the Role

The Senior Manager, Growth Marketing will own the growth strategy for each of our practices in partnership with the Head of Marketing. You'll co-develop the plan for new practice onboarding and the ongoing roadmap for existing accounts. That includes channel mix, budget allocation, growth targets, and the sequencing of what gets built first.

Key Responsibilities

• Across PPC, SEO, and email, build playbooks, set the KPIs, and hold the team to them.
• Manage client relationships at the senior level.
• Lead strategic reviews, present results, and handle escalations.
• Lead a team of managers, strategists, and specialists across the three channels. Coach them, raise the bar on craft, run reviews, and make the case for hiring as our business grows.
• Define what good looks like at the account level and the agency level. CAC, lead quality, organic traffic, email revenue, retention. Own the story behind the numbers.
