Role Overview

As a Senior Manager of Revenue Enablement leading the GTM Programs team at Vanta, you will own the strategy and execution of go-to-market programs that equip our revenue teams to drive growth, improve performance, and scale effectively.

You will oversee Enablement programs that run horizontally across our GTM team like Onboarding, Product Enablement, Partner Enablement, and Instructional Design. We partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product Marketing, Operations, and Partnerships to ensure every revenue-generating team member has what they need to win.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the GTM Programs team, managing a team of enablement program managers to design and deliver scalable, high-impact programs across the full go-to-market organization
  • Design and deliver high-impact, scalable programs across the full GTM organization
  • Report into the Head of Revenue Enablement
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align enablement priorities with business objectives
