Role Overview

As Senior Manager of Ads, Revenue & Commerce Policy, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the policies that govern our revenue products — from advertising and Nitro subscriptions to creator revenue, app monetization, and our Developer Policy. You'll be the founding leader of the Ads, Revenue & Commerce Policy team, working at the intersection of business growth, user safety, and brand safety.

Responsibilities

• Develop content and product policies that enable Discord's revenue initiatives whilst protecting our users and brand
• Translate complex regulatory requirements and industry standards into practical, scalable policies
• Advise product teams on safety risk, helping them build with safety by design from the start
• Manage and mentor policy experts with varying levels of experience
