Legal Counsel & Partnership
Act as a trusted legal counsel of contract team and advise to commercial, technology, and HR teams, offering pragmatic, business-oriented legal advice on a wide array of issues. Build and sustain trust across the company by delivering high-quality, responsive, and business-aligned legal support.
Contract Management & Negotiation
Draft, review, and negotiate contracts with counterparties across diverse jurisdictions, ensuring enforceability and compliance with applicable governing laws. Prepare and negotiate term sheets (letters of intent) and draft final agreements based on agreed terms. Manage the entire contract lifecycle, from drafting and internal approval to closing, while meticulously documenting all negotiation stages.
Documentation & Compliance
Guide internal teams on the use of standard form documents and templates, and assist the legal team in their regular update and development. Maintain and organize the contract repository, power of attorney database, and project workspaces.
