Position Overview

Senior Legal Counsel with 5-7+ years of transactional experience in the software industry.

Key Requirements

• 5-7+ years of transactional experience in software industry
• Experience drafting and negotiating standard and vendor order agreements
• SaaS and software license contracts expertise
• Experience or exposure in computer science or IP licensing preferred
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task
• Professionalism with interest in learning new areas of expertise

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and present for execution a wide variety of agreements
• Handle vendor agreements, customer order contracts, SaaS and alliance agreements
• Manage software development agreements, SOWs, NDAs
• Support engineering teams with documentation and licenses
