Role Overview

The Learning Solutions Specialist is responsible for adapting core learning experiences and materials to meet the specific needs of clients or groups of learners. This can be initiated at client request, or as a proactive step by Multiverse to improve client and learner engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate closely with product and curriculum owners to customize learning experiences
• Work with sales leaders and operational stakeholders to identify and evaluate customization opportunities
• Engage on larger and more complex deals to tailor learning solutions
