Zipline is seeking an exceptional Staff Leadership Recruiter to help build the leadership team that will define our next stage of growth as a company. This highly strategic individual contributor role focused on identifying, engaging, assessing, and closing world-class leadership talent that will be critical to Zipline’s continued success.
You will partner directly with executives and senior stakeholders to shape organizational capabilities, influence talent strategy, and deliver transformative hires that accelerate business outcomes. The ideal candidate combines deep recruiting expertise with strong business acumen, exceptional judgement, and a demonstrated track record of leadership hiring in high growth environments.
This role requires someone who thrives in ambiguity, moves with urgency, and consistently raises the talent bar through rigorous assessment and market intelligence.
What You’ll Do
Build an Exceptional Leadership Team
- Lead end-to-end searches for Director, Senior Director, VP, and executive-level talent across multiple functions.
- Develop and execute proactive talent strategies to identify and attract top leadership candidates from highly competitive markets.
- Build deep pipelines of passive talent and maintain long-term relationships with high-potential leaders.
- Deliver exceptional candidate experiences while effectively representing the company's mission, culture, and growth opportunities.
Serve as a Strategic Talent Advisor
- Serve as a trusted advisor to executives and senior stakeholders on talent acquisition strategy, market intelligence, and organizational design.
