Senior Lawyer (Wellness)

Key Responsibilities

• Advise on corporate, commercial, employment, and operational matters
• Draft, review key contracts, policies and terms of service
• Support governance, entity management, and compliance matters
• Work with internal teams and external counsel to manage risk and resolve issues
• Support HR, legal templates, and new launches

Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with around 3-5 years’ post-qualification experience (or equivalent in-house experience)
• Strong background in commercial and corporate law
• Experience with digital products and IT law is essential
• Practical, commercial approach with the ability to work independently
• Experience in consumer-facing, healthcare, wellness, or regulated businesses is an advantage
• Familiarity with data protection across various jurisdictions, marketing claims, and cross-border issues is beneficial
