Responsibilities

• Responsibility for delivering complex IT service offerings within Managed Services contracts, particularly for strategically important customer relationships
• Management and development of Service Level Management including quality control, SLA compliance, and proactive optimization
• Central escalation point for critical incidents and cross-functional incident and problem management with responsibility for sustainable root cause analysis and measure implementation
• Moderation and independent execution of service review meetings at management level
• Strategic identification of customer requirements and management of continuous improvement processes across multiple customers
• Central interface to internal organizational units, customers, and partners
