About the role
Who We’re Looking For
Revenue.io is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to join our established Implementation Team. As a Senior Implementation Consultant, you will be responsible for autonomously leading large-scale, strategic Enterprise customer implementations of the Revenue.io platform into Salesforce-centric environments, with strong authority and little oversight.
The ideal candidate for the Senior Implementation Consultant role is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and customer success, and with very strong Salesforce administration and configuration experience. They should have at least 5 years of experience doing large, Salesforce-centric, enterprise implementations or Salesforce consulting. This individual is highly organized, an excellent communicator, and adept at building strong client relationships in large, complex, enterprise companies.
They should excel at leading projects from planning through execution, managing multiple implementations simultaneously, and customizing strategies to meet diverse customer needs. Experience in change strategy and management and delivering customized training is essential. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to continuous improvement, both personally and for the implementation process.
What You’ll Do
Project Planning and Execution
- Manage 5-7 highly strategic, enterprise implementations simultaneously
- Develop strategic, solutions-oriented custom project plans in collaboration with Sales, including actionable, value-centric success criteria, key milestones, deliverables, and timelines
- Drive and manage customer communications related to implementation across the implementation lifecycle
- Develop, curate, and manage issues and risks that can impact the success of the implementation
Client Collaboration
- Provide consultative insights on industry best practices related to sales productivity and platform configuration
- Build strong relationships with client stakeholders, from project managers to C-level executives
- Lead regular status meetings and ensure alignment on project goals
Technical Configuration
- Configure Revenue.io platform within Salesforce environments, including user setup, data mapping, and integration testing
- Collaborate with internal engineering and product teams to resolve technical issues
Training and Change Management
- Develop and deliver customized training sessions to end users and administrators
- Support change management initiatives to drive adoption and long-term success
Process Improvement
- Contribute to the evolution of implementation methodology, playbooks, and best practices
- Mentor junior team members and support knowledge sharing across the team
