Senior Implementation Consultant - Board EPM (US/Canada only)

This role is hands-on and delivery-focused - ideal for someone with strong FP&A experience, proven client-facing consulting skills, and the ability to implement Board EPM solutions.<strong> Quisitive is a three-time Board Americas Partner of the Year</strong>, and you will be joining an award-winning implementation team working with enterprise clients modernizing planning, forecasting and performance management processes.  In this role, you will also play a key role in shaping our Board practice by mentoring consultants and supporting solution design.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>This is a remote position and can be located anywhere in the US or Canada.</strong></span></p>

<p><strong>What will my role be?</strong></p>

<ul>

<li>Lead end-to-end Board EPM solution implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user enablement.</li>

<li>Translate FP&A processes (Budgeting, Forecasting, Consolidations, Reporting) into scalable Board models.</li>

<li>Facilitate client workshops, discovery sessions, and process design interviews.</li>

<li>Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client expectations.</li>

<li>Collaborate with PMO, solution architects, and technical team members to ensure successful delivery.</li>

<li>Create executive-level documentation, dashboards, and training materials.</li>

<li>Support continuous improvement of delivery methodology and internal accelerators.</li>

<p><strong>What’s required?</strong></p>

<ul>

<li><strong>Minimum 4 years experience implementing Board EPM solution in a consulting environment (required)</strong></li>

<li>FP&A experience</li>

<li>Strong knowledge of corporate budgeting/forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting</li>

<li>Ability to translate business requirements into functional system design</li>

<li>Strong Excel and data modeling skills</li>

<li>Strong understanding of managerial accounting</li>

<li>Excellent communication and presentation skills</li>

</ul>

<li>Board certification</li>

<li>SQL or scripting experience</li>

<li>Experience with enterprise clients.</li>
