Role Description

We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to become a partner for Universe Group's early-stage businesses during formation and active scaling phases.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner / HR People Partner, or
• 5+ years of experience as an HR Generalist in a systematic product company with well-built HR processes
• Practical experience with the full employee lifecycle: onboarding, performance management, development, compensation, retention, and offboarding
• Experience partnering with leadership at Head / CEO / Founder level
• Understanding of HR metrics and ability to work with data for decision-making
• Ability to identify root causes, not just symptoms, and build processes considering future business growth
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments with scaling, transformation, and rapid changes
• Willing to take responsibility and ownership for results
