We are looking for a Senior Grants & Contracts Manager to oversee the full lifecycle of grants and contracts, from proposal development and negotiation through award management, compliance, reporting, and closeout. This role ensures adherence to funder requirements, organizational policies, and applicable regulations while partnering with program, finance, and leadership teams. The Senior Manager also provides strategic guidance, monitors budgets and deliverables, mitigates compliance risks, and supports process improvements to maximize funding opportunities and organizational impact.
The Senior Grants & Contracts Manager serves as a key operational leader for awards administration across a large, multi-stakeholder portfolio. The position works closely with program, finance, compliance, legal, and external partners to ensure agreements are structured appropriately, executed on time, monitored effectively, and maintained in accordance with Uniform Guidance, procurement standards, and organizational policy.
