Senior Fullstack Engineer (Elixir/Phoenix)

Senior Elixir Fullstack Engineer to join an empowered product team, building simple, elegant software from complex requirements. Real product work - meaningful, fast-paced, and focused on impact. Small, hands-on team that owns a single product end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a high-quality, maintainable codebase written in Elixir with Phoenix, LiveView, TailwindCSS and daisyUI
• Build the product in small iterations, prototype early and often, move forward independently
• Collaborate closely with Product, Design, and other Engineers to find smart solutions that balance speed, quality, and simplicity
• Shape architecture for reliability, scalability, and developer happiness
• Build a clean, maintainable and tested codebase
• Take ownership of privacy and security aspects - encryption, data separation, and GDPR compliance
• Contribute ideas to improve development process, stack, and team culture

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience as a Fullstack Engineer, ideally with Elixir or another similar language
• Care about code quality balanced with pragmatism and craftsmanship
• Love working in small, empowered teams where you can shape the product and culture
