Responsibilities

• Develop real-world software for diverse industries, including QA traceability, B2B commerce, financial services, and home energy management
• Manage the full software lifecycle, from requirements gathering and team setup to architecture design, implementation, and production release
• Learn and apply emerging technologies to solve complex client challenges
• Take ownership of code and documentation that reaches the main branch
• Identify and implement opportunities to enhance team and company workflows

Requirements

• Proven senior fullstack experience building real production systems across frontend, backend, database, and infrastructure
• Expert JavaScript and TypeScript skills, including type systems, tooling, clean architecture, and maintainable code
• Advanced React experience with component architecture, hooks, state management, reusable UI patterns, browser APIs, and performance optimization
• Strong Node.js and NestJS backend experience with modular architecture, dependency injection, REST/GraphQL APIs, integrations, validation logic, and error handling
• Database modeling proficiency with relational and/or NoSQL databases
• Hands-on cloud infrastructure experience, especially AWS and/or Google Cloud, plus CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows
• Practical Docker experience and familiarity with the container ecosystem including Kubernetes or Helm
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Lovable, or Bolt
• Production-ready mindset with strong ability to debug, review, harden, and maintain systems after launch
• Strong desire for continuous learning
