About the role
Accountabilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to strategic enterprise customers, providing technical and business guidance throughout discovery, implementation, optimization, and ongoing value realization.
- Lead complex client engagements by assessing business and technical needs, defining appropriate solutions, and driving successful outcomes.
- Conduct customer workshops, technical assessments, executive briefings, and consultations focused on authentication, fraud prevention, identity, and voice biometrics.
- Analyze customer processes and operating models to identify opportunities for improved efficiency, risk mitigation, and security.
- Guide customer teams through complex integrations, technical challenges, change management, and solution adoption.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Sales teams to align solutions with customer objectives and deliver a seamless experience.
- Build strong relationships with technical leaders, executives, and other key stakeholders while communicating complex concepts and business value clearly.
- Develop and maintain thought leadership materials, including white papers, case studies, best practices, and reusable consulting resources.
- Share customer insights and engagement learnings internally to influence product development, solution strategy, and consulting practices.
- Mentor colleagues and contribute to a culture of continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and consulting excellence.
- Stay current with emerging developments in AI, fraud, authentication, cybersecurity, voice technologies, and enterprise risk management.
- 7+ years of experience in consulting, technical account management, solution delivery, or other customer-facing technical roles within SaaS, cloud, security, fintech, or related technology environments.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex enterprise engagements and solve challenging business and technical problems.
- Strong expertise in enterprise architecture, authentication, fraud risk, identity, or voice-driven technologies.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and navigating complex technical, operational, and business requirements.
- Exceptional client relationship management skills, with the ability to establish trust and credibility quickly.
- Comfortable presenting complex concepts, recommendations, and business value to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of how people, processes, and technology interact to drive business outcomes.
- Highly AI-fluent, resourceful, proactive, and comfortable using emerging technologies to improve problem-solving and customer outcomes.
- Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and communication skills.
- Strong analytical and case-analysis capabilities, with the ability to identify root causes, evaluate options, and develop practical recommendations.
- Resilient and adaptable when working through ambiguity, changing priorities, and complex customer challenges.
- Strong ownership mentality, reliability, and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
- Preferred experience with contact center technologies, voice biometrics, or security solution integrations.
- Preferred background in management consulting or high-growth technology environments.
- Technical certifications in areas such as AWS, security, or networking, or an advanced degree, are advantageous.
- Experience producing thought leadership content such as white papers, case studies, or best-practice documentation is a plus.
- Base salary range of $109,000–$131,000 USD.
- Eligibility for additional compensation through an annual discretionary bonus and/or commission payments, as applicable.
