Senior FP&A Analyst

Position Overview

The Senior FP&A Analyst is a high-impact, highly visible role within a fast-paced, private equity-backed environment. You will be a critical contributor to Cobalt's financial planning, forecasting, and reporting processes — supporting a platform that is scaling rapidly through acquisition.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Planning & Forecasting: Support the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of annual budgets, monthly forecasts, and long-range planning across multiple business units.
• Variance Analysis & Reporting: Analyze monthly actuals vs. budget and forecast, identify key variances, and deliver meaningful, decision-ready commentary to senior stakeholders.
• OneStream Administration: Maintain and administer OneStream, managing data inputs across multiple business units and building reports used in monthly financial reporting and planning processes.
• Financial Modeling & Dashboards: Develop and maintain financial models and dashboards that provide real-time, actionable insights into business performance.
• Data Integrity: Ensure accuracy across all reporting and analytics efforts.
