About the role

THE OPPORTUNITY

NavVis is looking for a passionate Customer Success professional with strong consultative skills to drive success for our top, strategic enterprise customers. Join us in revolutionizing how industrial production areas are digitalized with our cutting-edge solutions!

In this role, you will be part of an account team, working closely with a small number of industrial enterprise customers and building a trusted advisor relationship. Your ability to understand and consult on industry use cases will be key to increasing the adoption and impact of our solutions. NavVis partners with global enterprises such as BMW, VW, and Henkel, helping them optimize their operations through both our 3D laser scanning hardware and IVION software.

We are looking for a hands-on professional who is comfortable going on-site for hardware training and implementation while also driving strategic initiatives. Your industry-specific expertise and ability to translate technology into practical business solutions will be instrumental in supporting our high-touch, consultative approach to Customer Success.

This is a remote role open to candidates based in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Germany, or Switzerland.

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Leverage your expertise in Oil & Gas, Petrochem, or discrete manufacturing to advise customers and internal teams on industry-specific strategies, shaping account planning, engagement approaches, and long-term growth while positioning NavVis as a trusted partner within these segments.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding enterprise customers through best practices and industry-specific use cases to maximize their success with NavVis solutions.
  • Develop deep relationships with key stakeholders and provide high-value consultation on digital factory adoption.
  • Enable customers to use our hardware and software to their full potential through on-site training, webinars, and workflow optimization sessions.
