The Opportunity

We are hiring an experienced Senior Engineering Manager to lead one of our cross-functional, feature-focused, product-oriented teams. This is a vertical leadership role — you'll drive both the technical and team execution for a key product area, owning it end-to-end.

As a product-led organisation, we prioritise delivering meaningful user value through thoughtful product design, iterative development, and rapid experimentation. You'll work closely with Product, Design, and other stakeholders to shape the roadmap, define the architecture, and ship features that impact millions of users.
