Senior Engineering Manager - Spotify for Artists

About the Role

The Music Mission team owns Spotify's end to end proposition for music creators and the experiences they create for fans. Spotify for Artists (S4A) is Spotify's flagship platform for artists and their teams, supporting over 650,000 monthly active users across web and mobile.

What You'll Do

• Lead and grow a team of engineers across backend, client, and data disciplines, supporting multiple squads
• Set clear technical and organizational direction across a complex, full-stack product area
• Partner closely with Product, Design, Insights, and Marketing to deliver impactful features for artists
• Drive execution across multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring strong coordination and delivery
• Translate ambiguity into clear priorities, helping teams navigate competing demands and inbound requests
• Oversee the development of tools and services to enable creation, promotion, expression, and monetization at scale
