Senior Engineering Manager - Risk

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead the teams building the systems and tools that power Mercury's Risk product. You will oversee the engineering teams responsible for application approvals, ongoing due diligence, and enhanced due diligence systems.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage engineering teams building intelligent, automated risk detection and decision systems
• Guide the development of machine learning and AI-powered tools for real-time risk assessment
• Ensure seamless integration of machine learning, AI, and human judgment in risk operations
• Build systems that enable fast, safe account approvals while maintaining security standards
• Own the technical strategy for application processing and ongoing compliance monitoring
