Our engineering teams sit at the core of that mission: the signals we ship, the models we train, the APIs we maintain, and the data infrastructure we run all directly impact the accuracy and reliability our customers depend on.

We are hiring Senior Engineering Managers at the Senior Engineering Manager level across two of our platform and infrastructure domains. Each role comes with a distinct technical domain and reporting line, but the leadership bar is the same: you own outcomes across multiple teams or workstreams, you set the technical vision for your domain, you develop other managers and senior engineers, and you operate with a high degree of autonomy and strategic accountability.

At this level, the expectation shifts from executing well to leading well. You are not just running a team — you are shaping the roadmap, managing cross-domain dependencies, and representing your function to engineering leadership and the broader organization. You come to leadership with plans, not problems.
