About the job
As a Senior Engagement Manager at Neo4j, you will be the strategic delivery lead steering our enterprise customers from technical vision to real-world deployment. Operating within our Professional Services organisation, you will champion the implementation of Neo4j’s industry-leading graph solutions, utilising agile, traditional, and hybrid delivery methodologies. This is a highly collaborative, technical leadership role where you will partner closely with customers, Sales, Pre-Sales Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver complex, high-value data initiatives on time and within budget.

You will balance rigorous project management standards with an entrepreneurial mindset, driving customer satisfaction while identifying strategic expansion and up-sell opportunities.
