About the role
Accountabilities:
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of six Sales Operations Business Partners supporting regional, segment, specialist, and inside sales organizations.
- Establish consistent operating models, methodologies, processes, and performance standards across the Sales Operations Business Partner function.
- Build a culture centered on accountability, business partnership, data-driven decision-making, talent development, and continuous improvement.
- Own forecasting, pipeline management, inspection processes, and revenue predictability across supported sales organizations.
- Partner with Sales Leadership to identify business risks, growth opportunities, and corrective actions required to achieve revenue targets.
- Facilitate executive forecast reviews and performance discussions while driving accountability for outcomes.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Sales Vice Presidents, General Managers, and other senior executives, translating business objectives into actionable operating plans.
- Provide data-driven recommendations on performance, investments, resource allocation, productivity, and growth opportunities.
- Lead annual and quarterly planning activities covering territory design, quota setting, capacity modeling, coverage, and organizational planning.
- Partner with Sales Operations, Finance, Corporate Development, and Sales Leadership to evaluate scenarios and support strategic investment decisions.
- Establish and manage performance frameworks and operating metrics covering revenue attainment, forecast accuracy, pipeline health, and seller productivity.
- Identify barriers to sales execution and drive improvements across forecasting, pipeline management, account planning, CRM adoption, and business operating rhythms.
- Lead cross-functional transformation initiatives designed to improve sales effectiveness, operational maturity, and organizational scalability.
- Partner with Enablement, Technology, and Sales Leadership to drive adoption of tools, methodologies, and operating models while supporting organizational change.
- Develop talent and strengthen the leadership pipeline within the broader Sales Operations organization.
- 12+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, Strategic Planning, Management Consulting, or a related function.
- 7+ years of experience leading managers and high-performing teams, ideally within high-growth, transformation, or IPO-readiness environments.
- Demonstrated experience supporting global enterprise software, SaaS, or technology sales organizations.
- Proven track record of partnering with executive-level sales leaders and influencing strategic business decisions.
- Deep expertise in forecasting, pipeline management, territory planning, quota setting, capacity planning, and sales performance management.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce and other Revenue Operations, analytics, and business intelligence platforms.
- Familiarity with enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, or comparable frameworks.
- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional transformation initiatives and driving organizational change.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations and measurable actions.
- Excellent executive communication, presentation, influencing, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Strong people leadership capabilities, including coaching, talent development, and building high-performing teams.
- Ability to operate effectively in a complex, global, fast-moving environment and balance strategic priorities with operational execution.
- Annual base salary: $168,875.90–$223,124.09, with actual compensation based on location, skills, experience, certifications, and other relevant factors.
- Eligibility for an annual performance bonus or commission program, depending on the nature of the position.
