About the Role
Our Product team builds and scales Toptal's platform and products, working closely with our Operations, Marketing, and Engineering teams to support the organization's growth. We embrace a data-focused approach to ensure each initiative on our product roadmap delivers meaningful impact for both our business and users.
The Product team plays a key role in shaping and scaling platform capabilities, including data, automation, and AI-enabled systems that improve how Toptal operates and delivers value.
We are seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead a highly strategic, cross-cutting product area focused on growth, platform strategy, and portfolio integration. This role is ideal for a customer-centric Product Leader who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys defining strategy where none yet exists, and wants to own problems with real business impact.
