Endeavour has an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about sustainability and eager to be part of an innovative company that’s on a journey to transform the world’s infrastructure. We are seeking a Senior Director of FP&A / Treasury to join Endeavour’s Finance team, working directly for the Chief Financial Officer. This role will architect and lead Endeavour’s Financial Planning & Analysis, Treasury, and Capital management capabilities, creating the financial operating system that enables informed decision-making, disciplined capital allocation and scalable global growth.
This is a highly cross-functional position involving close collaboration with finance, accounting, operations, technical teams, and executive leadership. This role will be critical in establishing a scalable financial planning architecture that connects commercial, operational and capital planning across the entire Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.
The Senior Director of FP&A / Treasurer needs to be agile, professional, and comfortable in a rapidly changing environment. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments, can build processes from the ground up, and enjoys working both strategically and operationally. The right person is trustworthy with confidential information, highly organized, self-motivated, has excellent communication skills, can think strategically, and can work well independently as well as with a team.
This role is part of the support team that services the entire our Endeavour ecosystem and contributes to the overall health and success of the organization.

Financial Planning and Analysis
- Lead the development of the company’s integrated financial planning and performance management framework that will include establishing a rolling forecast discipline (monthly / quarterly)
- Develop driver-based forecasting models (project-level and entity-level) and budgets, rolling them up into top-level financial reporting.
